We offer classes in salsa & latin dance, taught by UKA qualified instructors, as well as music for parties and events.

Our regular classes for beginners and improvers are every Wednesday from 8-10pm in Bristol. We also offer Saturday workshops in Bristol and weekend courses in West Wales.

This weekend workshop takes place at Over the Rainbow, a fabulous Georgian mansion near Cardigan Bay, Wales, run by women predominantly for women, but men are very welcome at the weekend! The weekend is open to everyone and there is no need to bring a partner. Places are limited on the workshop to ensure quality tuition so please book early. There are residential and non-residential options, and we can also advise of local accommodation if needed.

The workshop weekend was the best I have ever been to!!! Norma delivers concentrated and thorough sessions, ensuring that everyone 'moves on', no matter what their dancing skill level. I was very impressed by how far she took complete beginners. There was just the right balance of clearly broken down new moves with carefully managed repetition for skill development to take place. Her attention to detail for individuals was continually given to us all. A music teacher myself, I particularly appreciated her introduction to the music structures and styles of salsa. Salsa is great for parties, either as a celebration partner dance at your wedding or civil partnership or as a group activity that can be a real ice breaker at any event. As well as dance instruction for couples we can offer group classes. We work closely with musicians and DJs to provide a complete service that can include:

Every one is welcome at our classes and no partner is necessary. You can choose whether to lead or follow and we rotate partners which means everyone gets a chance to dance with a partner. You should wear comfortable clothes - layers are good and you can dress up or down as much as you like! You should also wear appropriate footwear: leather or suede soled shoes are best; trainers or shoes that grip the floor are not recommended.

Our classes are taught by qualified and fully licensed teachers who are trained to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
